Medra Studio creates digital clothing designs, garment graphics, apparel mockups, colorway ideas, and collection direction for clothing brands, creators, and merch projects.
Do you print or ship clothing?
No. Medra Studio does not print, manufacture, or ship physical clothing. We only deliver digital design work and design direction.
What happens after I purchase a plan?
After purchase, customers can submit design references, garment type, text, colors, and goals. We review the request and prepare digital design direction based on the selected plan.
Can I use the files with my own printer?
Yes. Delivered files can be used for review, presentation, or handoff to your own printer or manufacturer, depending on the final file type and project scope.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds may be requested if work has not started. Completed design work, delivered concepts, or used revision support are non-refundable.
How long does delivery take?
Most requests receive a response or first design update within 3-5 business days. More complex collections may require additional time.
Are production results guaranteed?
No. Medra Studio provides digital design services only. We do not guarantee print quality, manufacturing outcomes, sales, supplier approvals, or production results.
